A long weekend at the Finca Can Negre:
are annoying after two hours delay we finally got the plane on the island, at night at 23.30 clock. Since the car is not there, we take a taxi and with multiple telephone Help of Mr. Fabry, we finally reach the goal of the provisional dreams.
A Finca, lovingly and personally managed, can feel and see. Only up to the apartment with roof terrace and then a deep breath and feel and smell ... .. Mallorca,
to hear ... .. removed completely quiet sounds of the bells of grazing goats, nothing else. Absolutely nothing!
It's almost as irritating and quite wonderful for a Hamburger, who lives in the middle of the city on the Alster and works.
The next morning a very pleasant breakfast with the family Fabry, unadorned 'and normal and a very nice Loskäuferin other.
A wonderful beginning of three beautiful days at the Finca Can Negre and Mallorca. Free look into the wide valley of fields and pure nature. The resting heart rate continues to fall. A more pleasant, light breeze makes 28 degree temperature is very pleasant.
We experienced a lot of background knowledge about the raffle, the object itself, and make our interviews with the team of Sat1 in a very relaxed atmosphere.
The remaining days go by very quickly, thanks to the Fabry we even found a small beach, where only six people were at 200 meters, a dream (which we do not tell anyone!). But back in Hamburg, is yet to feel that something has come along from Finca: inner peace and balance.
Back home makes you look more then a few thoughts: what if you were the winner?
easy for me to answer: hire a reputable
tenant with the rental for at least a year in which the Fabry can provide excellent help and be safe as you announced to me. After 17 years on the island know each other off! Then assess the economic viability of the leasing concept, and consider whether a long, eg three-year contracts are concluded or the other use is ingenious. One idea is a small, exclusive small clinic under medical supervision for burnout patients and patients
detoxification of environmental toxins. On the concept we are working for mentally the hypothetical case of the profit.
But one thing is absolutely certain that both the stay, how safe and relaxed life on this finca totally and leaves much ballast to no longer registered as city dwellers, can drop very quickly. We thank the Fabry
